Description
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is an integral part of the Fortinet sales organization, with a
broad set of responsibilities supporting your aligned field sales representatives. Your intimate
knowledge of Fortinet’s go-to-market and business processes will help streamline operations and
allow the team to focus on growing relationships and revenue across new and existing customers.
You’ll be supporting throughout the sales cycle to ensure successful execution and ongoing customer
satisfaction through their adoption journey with Fortinet.

Fortinet will provide initial onboarding education to begin your career at Fortinet and ongoing
training to help grow your own personal success in the Inside Sales role as well as prepare you for
multiple career path opportunities across Fortinet.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain a deep understanding of Fortinet’s business processes and policies to advise and support your account teams
Assist with account research, annual report analysis, account plans and QBRs.
Support in the construct of proactive proposals and preparation of customer presentations and demos to be delivered virtually
Address any customer satisfaction issues / requests in a timely manner
Perform other duties and projects as assigned, such as ad-hoc reporting and analysis of the
sales district to support the growth or our business
Meet and exceed your sales quota and sales activity metrics designed to make you productive and successful.
Execute the role with the utmost professionalism and in a way that aligns to Fortinet's core values

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Coachable and flexible
Proactive approach to problem solving, with a “get things done” attitude
Self-motivated and able to manage a diverse, high-volume workload
Ability to quickly build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills and attention to detail
Well organized with effective time and activity management skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Previous relevant sales experience, particularly in a reseller/channel/distributor model
Experience or personal interest in networking, security and/or public/private cloud
