We're looking for a HR Advisor on a permanent basis to work On-site in Rocester.

A day in the life of a HR Advisor at Guidant Global includes

**Some of your day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Managing key client stakeholders
- Delivering daily reports
- Dealing with investigations, disciplinary and performance management
- Managing absences
- Processing payroll and payroll queries
- Managing holiday pay and sick pay
- Managing 4 sites and team managers
- Ensure adherence to all current employment laws, legislative or otherwise is maintained
- Ensure effective communication with the workforce, client, colleagues and suppliers and best practice is shared

**What we're looking for**

We require someone who can build professional relationships by naturally building rapport with the team, workers, client, & suppliers and therefore proven experience of excellent stakeholder management skills will be essential. You need to be highly organised,reliable and have a good level of MS Office experience.
