You will be working for a large manufacturing company based in Uttoxeter on a permanent basis as HR Advisor, this role has become available due to an internal promotion.
**Your new role**
This is an all round generalist HR role so you will be covering all aspects of HR, including, Absence control, employee engagement, Discipline & Grievance. The main responsibility of the role is to deliver an effective and proactive HR service to ensure organisationaleffectiveness by supporting line managers to acquire, develop and manage people through the implementation of HR policies & procedures in line with legal requirements, group standards and current best practice

**What you'll get in return**
You will receive an annual salary of £34,000 + benefits. This is not a hybrid role so will be required to work on site full time. Standard working hours are 9:00-17:00, Monday-Friday.
