**More about your role**

Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Senior People Services Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by making HR processes as effortless as possible for our employees and line managers. You will manage the administration of the employee lifecycle and ensure all changes are accurate and processed within our SLAs. You will also complete annual leave calculations, monitor absences, and support our Payroll and People Services team with any queries they may have.

You will also be committed to excellence and continuous improvement by providing a high standard of customer service to our employees and line managers. You'll aim to address advanced queries ensuring procedures are followed and a people first approach is adopted. You'll be joining our People Services team at an exciting time of growth were all our teams work closely together to take our People Service from good to great. Please note, this is a hybrid role you **will** be able to split your time between home and the office. You will be required to work from the Preston office a minimum of two days per week with an increased office presence during the training period.

Experience working in a high paced HR Administration service would be beneficial and you will have the ability to produce high quality work accurately.
