**More about your role**

As People Services Administrator for Places for People you will be joining a busy Shared Services department. You will work with the team, assisting with several administrative tasks including inputting data into HR & Payroll systems, carrying out pre-employment checks and providing support to HR Officers with processing new starters & leavers. Having a strong back-office admin support is vital to the smooth running of our People Services team and you will play a key role in delivering this.

Please note: This is full time, permanent positions working Monday to Friday. This is a hybrid role whereby you will carry part your work from home and from our office in Preston. We are open to discussing part time working.

**More about you**

Ideally you will have some experience within a busy office and be looking to use your current administration skills and develop new ones. However, the most important quality we require is an openness and eagerness to learn new skills and the ability to multi-task when under pressure - People Services is one of the busiest departments in the Group.

In this role you will be able to use your excellent organisation skills to allow you to succeed in a busy administrative role and it's important that you have a good level of IT skills as you will be using Office 365 and HR systems on a daily basis.
