The Business Excellence / Marketing Specialist, as a key member of the Operations Team, will serve as both the pricing specialist and marketing support to our sales team to ensure successful business growth. The Business Excellence / Marketing Specialist primary objective is to ensure that our pricing strategy is optimised and to support our sales team with marketing insights.

Responsibilities for this role include.
- Supporting management to steer business and to understand the UK market trends within different industries.
- Monitor the market dynamics including competitor analysis.
- Record and develop market intelligence to identify and develop new business potentials in collaboration with local Sales and Technology.
- As the pricing specialist, you will be responsible for implementation and analysis of pricing initiatives.
- Support pricing business steering by providing adequate analysis to the management team.
- Drive and support digitalisation and simplification where possible within the sales processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Educated to degree level in business administration, marketing, or a similar field.
- Experience in business or marketing with a focus on business excellence.
- Strong understanding of customer and market intelligence, marketing strategies and pricing policy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
