We are looking for a dynamic individual with plenty of initiative to join our clients existing team of administrators to support their delivery of work and assist in the smooth running of the office.

This is an extremely varied secretarial role that requires an excellent communicator. You will be involved in diary and email management, typing of correspondence and reports. A high level of attention to detail is expected to include checking figures, proofreading documents and identifying improvements to work processes.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated individual with a "can-do" attitude. You will take a proactive and adaptable stance, suggesting solutions to problems.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative/secretarial position in a professional environment, an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills, experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel to an intermediate/advanced standard.
Audio Typing experience is desirable but not essential.
