Job Title: Delivery Excellence Coordinator

Location: Milton Keynes with hybrid working

Contract: Fixed term contract - 12 months

In this role, you will be an integral member of our Tutor Delivery Team, assisting with the planning, coordination and execution of our Tutor training and delivery days. You will proactively manage Tutor dairies, scheduling appropriate training resource based on client requirements, skillset, budget and location.

This is an incredibly fast-paced role where customer service, planning and prioritisation is key.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Liaise with internal colleagues including Tutors and Sales teams.- Proactively manage, coordinate and respond to diary requests.- Allocate workload for non-delivery days i.e. personal development days.- Regular data entry via Excel and other systems.- Maintain Service Level Agreements, KPIs and monthly delivery targets.

To be successful in this role

You’ll have previous experience in a similar role where you have had to plan and prioritise your workload. In addition to this, you’ll also have:
- The ability to build solid and credible relationships- Natural problem solving skills- The ability to work independently and as part of a t- Excellent attention to detail
