**Role: Business Analyst**

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading and reputable global restaurant organisation to join the Digital Product Delivery team to optimise their eCommerce, and Franchise systems. There will also be the opportunityto work alongside the internal eCommerce team to optimise consumer experience and product management within the eCommerce platform.

You will have the opportunity to be a part in projects which also span across Retail, cross-channel and corporate initiatives. This role takes ownership for the accurate capture of requirements and business processes, and converting these into simple andclear requirements to feed to the solution development teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Analysis of business and operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking and describing effective business solutions.
- Assist in the analysis of stakeholder objectives (internal and external), and the underlying risks arising from investigations into business requirements and identify solutions.
- Work within cross-skilled Agile delivery workstreams to ensure requirements are ready, Acceptance Criteria defined, and best practices are being followed.
- Work alongside Product Managers to prepare Sprint backlogs and document detailed user stories (including NFRs).
- Support Product Management by helping them to make informed prioritisation decisions based on feasibility.
- Oversee the development and implementation of solutions to ensure they meet requirements, and provide support to Testing teams when necessary.
- Aware of industry and technology developments to help validate and justify business needs, conduct feasibility studies and produce high-level and detailed business models.
- Guide stakeholders with clear explanation to help select options or accept change brought about through process reengineering or technology.
- Contribute to the selection of appropriate business analysis methods, tools and techniques to enhance the Capability further.
- Contribute to business cases which define potential benefits, options for achieving these benefits through development of new or changed processes, and associated business risks.

**Qualifications**
- Proven background in working as a BA within Sprint teams for Agile software delivery.
- Experienced in working on major projects or programme deliveries that led to organisational wide business change.
- Knowledge and experience within XML.
- Knowledge and proven experience working on API Projects.
- Proven experience of working with both internal and Partner teams.
- Excellent understanding of all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
- Technically astute and experienced in capturing non-functional requirements specifically security, performance, accessibility, and data privacy needs.
- Experienced in working within PCI, GDPR and highly secure environments.
- Excellent communication at all levels, and excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.

**Salary**: Circa. £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits.
