Job Title: IT Business Analyst (Retail) Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our client on a 12-month FTC basis. You will be responsible for analysing and understanding business needs, translating them into IT solutions, and driving the successful delivery of multiple IT projects in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend IT solutions.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Develop detailed business cases, user stories, functional specifications, and other documentation as needed to support project implementation.
Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis to ensure successful project delivery and minimize disruptions to business operations.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritising tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users during project implementation and post-implementation phases.

Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably within the retail industry.
Strong understanding of retail business processes, systems, and technologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple IT projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
Proficiency in business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is desirable.

Competitive salary of £55,000 per year.
