**You and Your Team**:
As a Fraud Operations Investigator - Third Party you will be part of a team providing support to the Fraud Operations Department in the specialist investigation of Third-Party Fraud Claims.

**In your day-to-day role, as a Fraud Operations Investigator - Third party, you will**:

- Be responsible for in depth investigation of Third-Party Fraud Claims, with potential losses ranging from £60.00 - £10,000.00.
- Provide specialist telephony investigation, adaptable to conversing with fraudsters, victims of fraud and scams, genuine Merchant’s, and Rogue Merchant’s; achieving effective communication, forming accurate timelines of events pertaining to potentially fraudulent activity, and resulting in correct outcomes.
- Effectively present evidence and rationale to support decision making to the business, Credit Bureau’s, and Claimants.
- Provide efficient and accurate record keeping, ensuring that audit trails can be clearly understood, specifically for the purposes of Assurance reviews and requests for information from the Financial Ombudsman Service in relation to consumer complaints.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Ability to operate independently and objectively with total autonomy managing own workload
- Have excellent attention to detail and decision making skills
- Ability to effectively plan and organise work effectively and prioritise deadlines
- Confident in communicating with customers on every level
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel
