Job Title: Events Coordinator
Location: Central Edinburgh

**Salary**: £13.25 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week
Duration: Temporary, ongoing
We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our clients team on a temporary basis. As the Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating a range of events, from conferences to weddings, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary arrangements are made.- Manage budgets and ensure all expenses are accounted for.- Maintain communication with event attendees, speakers, and sponsors.- Prepare and distribute event materials, such as schedules and agendas.- Provide on-site support during events, including managing registration and ensuring attendees have a positive experience.- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills- Strong administration skills- Experience in event planning and coordination.- Excellent organisational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.
