**About the opportunity**:
We are looking to recruit and develop career minded people to bolster our well-established and growing multi-discipline engineering delivery capability to meet opportunities in the nuclear and defence industries. Our projects include developing solutions through all stages in highly regulated environments, in support of air, land and sea defence establishments, the UK nuclear submarine fleet, and both existing and new build nuclear power stations. This role will be site based on (RAF) Lakenheath, Suffolk
- Provision of administrative services to Track internal documents and reports
- Maintain records in accordance with internal Business Management Systems (BMS) and project specific requirements
- Implementation of organisation specific guidance, processes and activities
- Provide daily / weekly updates to the Management Team on action logs
- Assist organising meetings and workshops, booking meeting rooms and desks, lunches, and attending senior management meetings to take notes and track actions.
- Assist the Document Controller and Base Pass Administrator from time to time
