Quality Improvement Facilitator

We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated individual with a keen interest in developing their Quality Improvement (QI) skills and knowledge. You will be part of the QI team and play a key role in driving and supporting improvement and quality using validated QI methodology and tools. Additionally you will be involved in promoting and supporting the patient safety agenda within the Health and Social Care Partnerships in Ayrshire.
You must be able to demonstrate an ability to engage with clinical teams and support them to use QI methodology. Furthermore, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to understand and help others to use data effectively for improvement.
