**Procurement Administrator - Grangemouth - 12-month FTC - Up to £25,000 p/a**

**Are you who we’re looking for?**
- Previous experience in Administration is essential
- Highly organised, with the ability to produce quality work under pressure
- Can integrate well within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to learn and expand current skillset
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience within an FMCG background is preferred, but not essential

**What does the day-to-day look like?**
- Running weekly reports
- Raising and amending purchase orders
- Inputting supplier stock information onto the internal system
- Assist with invoice queries
- Pack and send out sample packaging
- Organise delivery slots for goods
- Liaising with internal and external suppliers

**Please note, that this is a full-time 12-month FTC working Monday - Thursday 08.30 am - 4.45 pm, and Friday 08.30 am - 12.30 pm.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
