**The Role**: Business Development Co-Ordinator Charities
**Location**: London
**Salary**: £32,000

My clients are the UK’s leading integrated wealth management services group. They are looking for a Business Development Co-Ordinator Charities to join their team. You will provide support and co-ordination to the Business Development team as part of a SalesSupport team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organising monthly charity trustee training webinars and external charity conferences
- Liaising with marketing to send monthly charity insights and updating charity advertising in publications
- Updating company website and partner websites
- Updating charities mailing list and database
- Preparing and updating business development marketing collateral including but not limited to factsheets, presentations, proposals within strict deadlines
- Manage and update the IFA distribution list
- Diary management co-ordination of appointments and meetings for the BD team heads
- Organising events and seminars
- Updating CRM systems
- Ad-hoc administration tasks

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the financial services industry
- Strong ethic of client/customer service
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft office packages
