We are seeking to appoint a full-time Administrator to support and guide our Postgraduate Trainee Doctors.

The postholder will provide an administrative service to the Postgraduate team and will support colleagues and trainees in their Educational journey and provide general support to Postgraduate weekly activities.

In addition to general administrative duties the Administrator will assist in the provision of training and provide project support against agreed objectives.

The postholder will be an experienced administrator. In addition, the postholder will have a specific cohort of trainees to monitor and support and ensure weekly requirements are completed.

Foundation Programme Directors

College Tutors

Foundation Programme Directors

Support the Trust and co-ordination of Postgraduate Medical/Dental Education activities

Supply information of courses, examinations etc. to all Junior Doctors

To monitor Junior Doctors attendance at internal Teaching Sessions, giving regular updates to the Medical Education manager
