**Kitchen Assistant - Weekends Only (Afternoon Shift)**
We are recruiting for an experienced **Kitchen Assistant **to work Saturday & Sunday aftternoons. You will ideally be qualified with Basic Food Hygiene Certificate to level 2 or 3 but not essential. Experience working within Care Homes, Schools and Hotels/Guest Houses would be desirable but not essential.
We are recruiting for the afternoon shift from 2pm to 7pm covering Saturday & Sunday only. 5 hours each day.

**Key Tasks**
- To maintain appropriate workflow in the kitchen by assuring prompt clearing and washing of dishes, crockery, pots and pans.
- To maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the kitchen, dining and storage areas.
- To ensure all dining and Bistro areas are kept tidy, set up and well stocked with food, beverages, cutlery and crockery.
- To prepare refreshment trolleys.
- To promote and display a professional image commensurate with the high standards of Crown Care Group.

**Salary**: £11 per hour
**Job Type**: Part-time (10 hours), 5 hour shifts.
