**Responsibilities**:

- To prepare Bottle & Thyme dishes, following our recipes and specifications in or busy kitchen
- To wash pots, pans, plates and cutlery
- To wash and disinfect kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls
- To ensure pots, pans, plates and cutlery are back into use as quickly as possible
- To make sure all the kitchen equipment is properly stored
- To remove and recycle waste from the kitchen
