As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our restaurant floor. Working closely with our events manager, general manager, and kitchen staff, you will help oversee service standards and guest satisfaction. With a focus on professionalism and hospitality, you will lead by example to maintain our high standards of service.
**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the events manager, general manager, and kitchen team to coordinate efficient service periods and uphold service standards. Prioritise guest satisfaction by engaging with customers, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Maintain attention to detail in service execution, including seating arrangements, order accuracy, and cleanliness. Help foster a positive work environment characterised by communication, respect, and collaboration.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum one year of experience in hospitality with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with guests and motivate staff.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems.
