**Waste Team Leader - OTE £45,000 Uncapped - Monday to Friday - Full Training Provided**

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a Waste Team Leader to join our team in Dinnington. You will play a crucial role in the growth, development, and logístical planning of our waste customer base and leading a team of hazardous and low hazardous waste representatives to deliver exceptional service levels and compliance standards.

**Job Role**:

- Lead and support a small team of waste collection drivers to deliver exceptional service and compliance.
- Plan work and scheduling routings, collaborating internally and externally.
- Manage account activities, communicate effectively with customers, and achieve sales quotas and waste targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while enhancing existing customer accounts.
- Handle customer service issues promptly, manage holiday and sickness cover, and drive team performance.

**Must Haves**
- A clean UK Driving Licence
- A Class 2 Drivers Licence Desired
- CPC Desired
- ADR Desired
- Experience within the waste industry desired
- Someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting customers and building trusted relationships and leading a team.
