**Depot Compliance & Operations Supervisor - £27,000-£30,000 base salary OTE £35,000 - £38,000**

**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced team leader to join our Dinnington branch. This is a superb opportunity where you will have exposure to so many facets of our business and play an integral role in driving continuous improvement to ensure full compliance within our customer processes, internal administration, legislation, health & safety, transport, waste management, and service excellence.

**Job responsibilities for Depot Compliance & Operations Supervisor**:
**Management**
- Leading a team of 3 Warehouse and Inventory Operatives

**Health and Safety**
- Responsible for all information provided is accurate and ensure that all visiting staff and employees adhere to company policy and practices.
- Ensure protection of persons and property from the prescribed process reducing H&S Risks.

**Waste and Environmental Management**
- Comply with the environment permit and ensure environmental protection
- Ensure compliance of all waste coming into the branch meets the agreed site permit
- Control of waste quantities coming into branch to ensure that they do not exceed the branch permit, reducing spills, etc.
- Manage the warehouse team in relation to correct segregation of the waste to ensure full permit compliance and that there are no pollution risks.

**Fleet Management**
- Maintenance of the branch fleet, reporting any defects, and ensuring that services, MOTs, and inspections are carried out in line with DVLA requirements and ensure compliance with “O” licence

**Training and Management**
- In conjunction with the training department to ensure that all branch employees comply with training requests
- Provide training and support to direct line reports
- To provide coaching and performance feedback, including undertaking annual performance management reviews.

**Internal and external processes**
- Ensuring adherence to all ISO9001,14001 and OHSAS18001 standards maintained.
- To ensure that all issues/or unique/complex requests from customers are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Act as internal “champion” in relation to escalation point for all customer contact in line with the Company’s Customer Service SLA.
- Responsible for all customer related activities, from contracts through to case management resolution, liaising with all stakeholders.
- Monitors complaint, risk, and cancellation case management,
- Responsible for ensuring that the branch facilities operate efficiently and that any snags/issues are reported and actioned in a timely manner.
- To ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working order, and that all inspections are carried out by the appropriate Contractor, in adherence to the agreed timeline.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Experience within a similar role or this being the natural next step in your career
- Strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills
- Strong PC skills (MS Office), intermediate use of Excel is a must have.
- Previous experience within compliance and waste management would be great
