**Are you ready to step into a dynamic role that will take your ecommerce skills to new heights? We have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Coordinator to join our client's multinational organisation, where you'll work with renowned household brands. Buckle up as we dive into the heart of digital operations and bring the world of ecommerce to life**

**As an Ecommerce Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of driving consumer lifetime value and revenue growth for well-known brands. You'll collaborate closely with other departments in the business to enhance the shopper experience, ensuring every step of their journey is seamless and captivating.**

**Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. From identifying areas for improvement in the user experience to developing actionable plans and deliverables, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our digital landscape. You'll execute product promotions and provide top-notch ecommerce support.**

**Key responsibilities**
- Deliver product promotions and ecommerce support.
- Check associated product details, prices and supporting content in line with marketing and merchandising plans.
- Plan and deliver digital page builds in line with product launches and business activity.
- Ensure that all content is delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain content standards, including governance and enhancing for SEO where applicable, as requested.
- Frequent website shop audits to ensure functionalities are working as expected.
- Coordinate analysis from Adobe analytics and Mouseflow to produce actionable insights.
- Manage projects from inception to completion and ensure that the plans and strategies are met.
- Interpret marketing briefs and information.
- Build relationships with the internal and external teams and stakeholders.
- Manage the CMS tool across the brands.
- Recognise and highlight improvement opportunities across all aspects of the user journey and experience.
- Follow up digital improvement opportunities with action plans and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a digital marketing / ecommerce role.
- Reliable with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Confident managing client communications and expectations.
- Hands-on experience using CMS systems
- Knowledge of wireframes and website layouts including best practices and principles.
- Confident working from home, this is a hybrid role working 2 days from the MK office and 3 days from home.

**Salary / package**
- £25,000-£29,000 per year depending on experience
- Standard annual holiday entitlement = 25 days per year + UK Bank Holidays

Due to the Head office location in Milton Keynes, this role is easily commutable from all areas of MK and surrounding areas including Northampton, Bedford, Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard and Buckingham.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
