We have two brands: our prestigious, customisable International Dance Shoes collection and our Dansport collection for social dancers, beginners and students.


THE ROLE


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing and E-commerce Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing strategy, increasing brand awareness, boosting sales, and enhancing our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in athletic and/or fashion marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns across various channels, including all major social media platforms, as well as experience in e-commerce management. We’re one of the most famous dance footwear brands in the world with so many opportunities to create exciting marketing content, so you’ll thrive off taking ownership of our entire marketing strategy


LOCATION: Milton Keynes (happy for some days working from home) 


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


·       Develop & execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness for both brands

·       Manage and optimise social media accounts: increase our reach and improve our engagement, create a strategy and organise/create/publish content

·       Own our email marketing strategy and create campaigns to drive traffic and sales (both D2C and B2B)

·       Create and manage online ads

·       Work with our team of sponsored dancers across the world to enhance brand visibility

·       Improve our content marketing: (blog, photography, UGC, video content, make more of our reviews etc.)

·       Other opportunities/projects within the business may also be presented to you as you learn and develop within the business

·       Add/edit products/description/info pages within our e-commerce

·       Enhance user experience to improve conversion rates

·       Utilise re-targeting tools, overlays, our loyalty programme etc. to improve retention and conversion

·       Optimise SEO to improve search engine ranking

·       Other: help at events with sales/generating content, offline marketing (print ads/event planning/promotions), support sales staff on other promotions

ABOUT YOU


·       A degree in Marketing / Business / E-Commerce or a related field

·       3+ years of experience in marketing and e-commerce, preferably within the sportswear or fashion

·       Proven experience with social media management, highly proficient with Instagram and TikTok

·       Experience in working with paid ads and digital marketing tools

·       Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making

·       Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills

·       Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

·       Efficient self-starter with ability to work from an idea phase to execution

·       Passion for dance or familiarity with the dance industry is a plus

·       Experience with e-commerce platforms and website management tools

·       Experience using AI or a willingness to embrace it + other new technologies & platforms
