ROLE SUMMARY
We are in search of a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce and Marketing Strategist to enhance our marketing initiatives. This role is crucial for shaping our marketing approach, elevating brand visibility, driving sales, and optimizing our online sales platform. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in marketing within the fashion or athletic sectors, demonstrating a history of successful campaigns across diverse channels, including major social media platforms, alongside experience in managing e-commerce operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales and brand recognition for both product lines.
- Oversee and enhance social media profiles: expand our audience reach, boost engagement, and develop a comprehensive content strategy.
- Lead our email marketing initiatives, crafting campaigns to drive traffic and sales for both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business segments.
- Design and manage online advertising efforts.
- Collaborate with our network of sponsored dancers globally to amplify brand presence.
- Enhance our content marketing efforts, including blogs, photography, user-generated content, and video production.
- Contribute to various projects within the organization as you grow and learn.
- Manage product listings and descriptions on our e-commerce platform.
- Improve user experience to boost conversion rates.
- Utilize retargeting tools and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and conversion.
- Optimize search engine performance through effective SEO strategies.
- Assist with offline marketing initiatives, including event planning and promotions, as well as support sales teams with additional marketing efforts.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and e-commerce, ideally within the fashion or sportswear industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management, particularly on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and paid advertising.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a knack for innovative solutions.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing projects from conception to execution.
- A passion for dance or familiarity with the dance sector is advantageous.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and website management tools.
