We are a leading global business dedicated to creating Smart, Helpful, and Bold baby gear since 2007. Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we are seeking an E-Commerce Technical Project manager (m/f/d) to join our Direct-To-Consumer department.

What you’ll do

  • Drive projects and provide technical leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects.
  • Work closely with regional management and experience design team to ensure we're building the best products and ecosystems.
  • Participate in engineering design discussions and help to drive alignment within cross-functional teams and 3 party vendors (payment gateway, 3PL).
  • Participate in architecture and other long-term team development plans.
  • Work with the developers to identify, document, and prioritize technical debt requirements.
  • Set expectations for timelines on projects as needed to enable product owners to plan.
  • Manage contract development resources as needed for projects.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of relevant project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce related field is preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong leadership to lead cross-function team discussions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Vendor / System Integrator experience as a project manager is preferred.
  • High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with Magento solutions and Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Experience developing digital Commerce Application products (i.e. Order Management, Customer Relationship Management, E-commerce, email marketing).
  • Experience in understanding business logic.
