**E-Commerce & Technical Support / IT Support / IT Support Officer / Support Technician / Support Engineer - Permanent - Full Time - Milton Keynes**

**About the Role of E-Commerce & Technical Support / IT Support / IT Support Officer / Support Technician / Support Engineer**:

- Acting as 2nd level point of contact for any customer technical issues.
- Troubleshoot POS, software and payment gateways.
- Diagnose and resolve problems using documented procedures/checklist.
- Offer solutions to customers’ issues and become their trusted partner.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:
For this position you can be either:

- Experienced in E-Commerce & Technical Support.

OR
- Recently completed IT Training/Studies with a keen interest in E-Commerce technology (we have a great training plan)

Ideally you will have:

- Experience of IT Support.
- Knowledge of API, API Calls.
- Experience of CRM systems, software, and hardware.
- Passionate about serving customers. Creativity and a strong desire to solve IT problems.

**Desirable**
- The ability to speak a 2nd EU language.

Knowledge of PrestaShop, Woo-Commerce Shopify and other plugins etc.
