Portfolio Support Officer

**Be the key to the Civil Nuclear Constabulary’s ongoing improvement. The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service that’s dedicated to the nuclear industry. As a Portfolio Support Officer, you can play an integral role in our development.**
You’ll provide high quality progress reporting as well as expert analysis. Every day, you’ll use spreadsheets and specialist software to set up work breakdown structures. You’ll also control project documentation, analyse reports and supply Governance Boards with critical data and plans. In your support to the Portfolio Governance Manager, you’ll work on the execution of Stage Boundary Reviews and Gate Reviews.
You’ll be experienced within a project, programme, or portfolio support role, bolstered by your experience and qualification within Project Management methodologies to APM PFQ or equivalent, and will be self-motivated and proactive, you’re happy working independently or as part of a team. You have an excellent grasp of project management software and strong MS Office skills. You’re also highly organised and able to work with people at every level. Please note that you will need to pass SC security clearance to be eligible for this role.
Join us, and you’ll be travelling to UK-wide nuclear sites as part of this strategically valuable Programme. This role has been assessed as suitable for regular homeworking.
