We are looking for an experienced reception supervisor to join our team. This is a new role so a great opportunity to expand the duties and responsibilities and take ownership for developing the role and having a key influence in the direction it takes.

**Key roles and responsibilities**
- Handling and co-ordinating bookings, payments and enquiries for club facilities and members;
- Lead on key events and campaigns throughout the club, as specified by senior management;
- Dealing with all administrative duties relating to the club and general office duties including stock management;
- Managing, updating and improving the member and visitor pathway;
- Carrying out daily reconciliation;
- Maintaining an excellent standard of member care and managing member enquiries and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner;
- Roster and supervise reception staff with the ability to motivate and manage;
- Assist senior management with the training and development of staff;
- Lead on the operation, programming and management of reception;
- Managing various systems and company specific software;
- Responsibility for overseeing and implementing KPIs as determined with the senior management team;
- Duty management including key holding and overseeing the club;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support the growth of the business as a whole; and
- Familiarise yourself with the health and safety policy and safe working practices of the club, and be committed to ensuring a safe working environment is maintained at all times and accidents and incidents are properly reported.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience within a supervisory role (preferably within a reception setting);
- Duty management experience preferred; and
- Flexible working hours - you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings and weekdays as well as bank holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
