**Job description**

**Campaign Co-Ordinator**

Start date: ASAP

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week).

Location: Home based

**Salary**: £23,500 per year

**Essential Job Expectations and Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with our partnered brands & PR agencies for upcoming campaigns.
- Sourcing new influencers for campaigns and our in-house roster.
- Manage all aspects of influencer marketing campaigns from campaign creation/ assignment to campaign execution and follow up.
- Negotiating and managing campaign budgets with clients.
- Negotiating talent fees with content creators.

**Must Haves**:

- Passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in either PR, digital marketing or influencer marketing.
- Be able to demonstrate experience in building consistently productive relationships.
- Knowledge and experience of using social media platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight timelines.
- Strong experience of key stakeholder management.
- Strong team player.
- Positive and enthusiastic with an organised approach to work.
- Highly motivated self-starter with good time management skills.
- Can demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
