**Specification Sales Manager**

**The Role of Specification Sales Manager - Flooring**: We are seeking a dynamic and driven, Specification Salesperson to win specifications with architects and clients for education and healthcare projects across the Northern Home Counties.You will follow the projects all the way through the process, dealing with main contractors and flooring contractors to ensure the specification isn't broken. There are significant projects in the pipeline for you to inherit within the territory, to ensureyou hit the ground running, as well as guaranteed bonus for the first year, while you are continuing to grow your area.

**For the position of Specification Sales Manager - Flooring, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:

- Construction based specification sales experience
- Engaging, positive and thrives working as part of a team
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent networking and relationship management skills
- Must be well presented, organised, professional, tenacious and articulate
- Driving licence
