C £31k plus £3k shift allowance
A 2nd line IT Support Analyst is required by our Oxfordshire based client on a permanent basis to complement the existing team. Our client is a leading retail motor group, operating out of 11 locations within the UK. The role will be based from the Oxfordshireoffices, but with some flexibility for home working after the initial training period.
This is a very varied role looking after Server Management and IT Support for several companies within the Group. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a broad range of technologies.
The role will be a mix of server monitoring, management and maintenance as well as IT support and installation work.
It is likely that the successful applicant will have upwards of 18 - 24 months experience in an IT support capacity. The essential skills, qualifications and experience required are:

- Excellent Team Working Skills
- Excellent Problem Solving
- Active Directory
- VMWare
- Office 365
- Support of hardware - Servers / Laptops / PC
- Support of mobile Devices - Smart Phones / Tablets
- Solid Educational Background, preferably in a Computing related discipline.
