Be responsible for health and safety of yourself and visitors. Upkeep of the reception area, ensuring we are providing up to date information including restocking leaflets etc. Responsible for the collating of and distribution of all incoming post and the franking of outgoing post. Actively seek service user experience feedback.

Ability to use Word to produce high quality documents / letters / reports. You will have a friendly and approachable manner and good attention to detail. You will be able to prioritise and organise work with the ability to meet deadlines. Use general office equipment eg photocopier, laminator, printer and franking machine.
