Mpeople Recruitment have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced **Sales Administrator** to join a thriving manufacturing business based in **Rochdale**.
- **Location**: Newhey, Rochdale (OL16)
- **Salary**: In the region of £12-£12.50 per hour
- **Hours**:30 hours per week, across Monday to Friday (5 days)

**Duties would include but not be limited to**:

- Sales order processing
- Working closely with the sales team to provide administrative support as required
- Producing and sending out quotations to existing customers, and potential customers
- Dealing with any complaints and problem-solving
- A variety of other administrative tasks such as processing credit notes, maintaining price lists, sales reporting, updating customers on shipping and timescales etc
- Making outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers in order to promote new products, and maximise customer spend where possible

**The required traits, skills, and background**:

- Experience within sales order processing is desirable due to the nature of the role
- Experience within a manufacturing, engineering or distribution company is also advantageous
- The ability to manage your own workload and work independently is crucial, as well as being able to work well as a team
- Good communication and rapport building skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Enthusiastic and a great work ethic
- Self-motivated

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£19,500.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
