Agenda Partnership are partnering with our Rochdale based client who is looking for a Sales Administrator to join an existing busy team.
The main purpose of this role is to support all sales activity by proactively engaging with a mix of existing and newcustomers to develop relationships and maximise sales opportunities.
Main areas of responsibility include:
- Targeted outbound sales activity to develop opportunities
- Generating new account opportunities of which includes customer data information
- Gain customer feedback with a view to improving service and maintaining good working relationships.
- Promote and upsell the full range of services to the customers
- Coordinate effective sales campaigns and support the activities specified in the sales plan
- Administer all new customer account forms and relevant internal documentation to ensure they are completed and accurate.
- Raise quotations
- Follow up and negotiate sales quotations
- Produce monthly sales reports
- Attend client visits and promotional events from time to time
Key skills and experience required:
- Strong communicator both verbally and written
- Some previous sales or sales administration experience
- Comfortable making proactive outbound calls to clients (existing and new)
- Excellent IT (essential)
