This is a practical course and we’re looking fordelegates who have a positive attitude and a desire to learn new skills. Youwill gain a Level 4 Quality Practitioner certificate and the option to become aPractitioner with the Chartered Quality Institute.

**As a Quality Practitioner you willlearn**:

- Howto inspect/verify/validate a Product or Service against stated productrequirements/acceptance criteria/service levels, such as checking the weight ordimensions of a product or timely delivery of a service. Learning inspectionprocess and procedures, using both traditional methods and using modernequipment (FARO Arm)
- Howto contribute to the formulation of quality strategy, such as reducing productdefects or improving service performance.
- Howto contribute to the formulation of output related customer satisfactionactivities, such as Right First Time and On-Time delivery.
- Tobecome responsible for deployment of Quality Policies, Processes and Proceduresas defined in the organisation’s Quality Management System and identificationof opportunities for improving the Quality Management System.
- Toplan and conduct audits/assurance in line with the organisation’s auditplan/programme to meet customer/organisational/regulatory audit requirements.
- Identify,investigate, and contain non-conformances and advise on actions to preventrecurrence.
- Toadvise on and/or use tools and techniques to improve quality performance, suchas reducing waste, improving right first-time delivery, reducingnon-compliance.
- Togather and analyse routine quality performance data and produce relevantreports to support governance, assurance and improvement activities.

**What youBring**:

- Aminimum of 5 GCSE's which must include Maths and English.
- A-Levels or Level 3 equivalents would be desirable.
