Red is excited to be recruiting Multilingual Customer Service Advisors, fluent in Norwegian to join an outsourcing contact centre in Kingston Upon Thames. This position includes many benefits such as a competitive salary.

- **Salary**: £11.25 - £14.00 per hour
- **Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm
- **Contract**: Permanent
- **Location**: Kingston Upon Thames

**Key Responsibilities of Multilingual Customer Service Advisors (Norwegian Speaking)**:
- Handling inbound enquiries relating to technical issues
- Escalating unresolved issues to the 2nd line support team
- Taking responsibility for calls and seeing them through to competition
- Working towards 'first Contact Resolution'
- Achieving Quality Monitoring targets to meet client targets
**Key Skills of Multilingual Customer Service Advisors (Norwegian Speaking)**:
- Must be fluent in Norwegian
- Experience working in a Contact Centre is desirable
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication is required
