**The role**

As a Service Charge Officer, you will be responsible for undertaking the accurate calculation, construction and issue of all service charges (and any other property charge), with the management and coordination of sinking fund collation.

You will be responsible for the coordination of each month-end process, ensuring transactions are correctly allocated to associated service charges and expenditure lines. You will manage the utilities contract, dealing with all day-to-day queries and the monitoring and reforecasting of the contract.

**The right fit**
- Experience of contract management.
- The ability to work with figures, accurately detailing information from a range of spreadsheets and using the information to produce budget updates and reforecasts.
- Proven ability to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines particularly when faced with changing priorities.
- Experience of producing accurate reports and information on service statistics and ensuring compliance with performance targets.
- Ability to communicate effectively to a very high standard, verbally and in writing.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills is essential.
- Knowledge and experience of legislation relating to leasehold management is desirable, but not essential.
