Estate Services Contract Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and methodical Contract Officer to join our Estates team at Riverside. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a range of service contractors, ensuring contractual compliance, and delivering high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a supplier contract register and oversee the contract variation process.
- Ensure contractual compliance and supplier performance, using performance frameworks and best practices.
- Conduct periodic site-based quality audits and ensure suppliers deliver contracted services in line with relevant legislation.
- Stakeholder and relationship management, including being an initial point of contact for service contract enquiries and facilitating regular contractor performance meetings.
- Participate in resident engagement activities and collate and respond to customer feedback.
- Supervise Riverside Environmental Officers and assist with procurement activity.
- Develop and manage service charge budgets and monitor income and expenditure.
- Experience managing service contractors working across mixed tenure housing and specialist areas.
- Knowledge and understanding of Service Charge processes and legislation.
- Experience managing I&E budgets and analyzing financial information.
- Good IT abilities and proficiency in MS Office.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Proactive and 'can-do' attitude.
- Commercially aware with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
