About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estate Agency Professional to join our dynamic team. As a Property Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for conducting property performance reviews, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional sales and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough property performance reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and branch visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous estate agency experience in sales
  • Proficiency with computers and a willingness to learn new technology
  • A confident sales pitch and the ability to negotiate deals
  • A real passion for the property industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Working Hours

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. You'll work 36 hours per week, including every other Saturday, with a day off during the week. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm, and Saturday 10am-4pm.
