**The role**

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the rent and service charge accountants, taking the lead on checking and processing charges on Orchard housing system, bank reconciliations and transaction processing.

This is a great opportunity for you to learn and increase knowledge and understanding around all aspects of service charge budget and accounts as well as learning rent setting from a social and non-social perspective.

**The right fit**
- You may or may not have worked in finance previously, but you will have a passion to progress in this area
- If you have worked in social housing and even worked on Orchard housing this is a real bonus
