Purchasing Administrator
- Process purchase requisitions, proformas, and orders to ensure accurate records
- Liaise with suppliers for delivery dates and ad-hoc operational queries
- Scheduling deliveries, calculating landed costs, ordering containers and booking in stock
- Support new supplier on-boarding and scrutinising all invoices
- Ensuring product details loaded into product database on Orderwise
- Check product packaging artwork and Instruction books for all new products
- Maintain prices on our platforms
- Raise product EAN numbers and barcodes on the GS1 website
- Assisting Auto Entry of invoices to Sage
- Assist Marketing with Photography, Trade flyers and help as required
- Ensuring systems are maintained with the latest information to support wider business
- Ensure key operational KPIs are delivered on an ongoing basis
- Analyse and report statistical data for the wider purchasing team
- Generate and maintain department and category specific reports
