**Facilities Management Coordinator** **Location: Brentwood, Essex** **Salary: £26,000-27 ,000+ Excellent benefits** We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Facilities Management Coordinator**to join an established organisation based in **Brentwood**.

The company are a successful facilities management company who provide end-to-end facility services to ensure safe, compliant and resilient buildings. You will be a key part of the facilities team that takes care of the building.

**Your day-to-day duties will include**:

- Update the system with a full audit trail of the event from receipt to closure.
- To produce weekly reports, making sure that all planned and reactive maintenance is completed within time scales and that extensions are requested and confirmed as and when required.
- To provide clerical and administrative support to the Management Team, including, word processing, filing and general office duties, where necessary.
