We are looking to appoint a **Customer Service Advisor** on behalf of our client based in **Uddingston**. To assist within the customer service team to ensure all relevant tasks are completed.

**Skills**:

- Develop a detailed knowledge of the Palletforce network operation

- Good confident telephone manner
- Customer Care
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
- Information Technology Skills
- Must have good attention to detail
- To have a flexible approach to work patterns

Main Duties:

- Answering telephone as required
- Data Inputting
- Cover reception duties as required
- Take card payments
- Admin work as required within the customer service team
- Help to ensure clear communication between customer service team and other departments
- Work with other departments, Palletforce Members and Network
- To promote best practice in maintaining high levels of Customer Service You must comply and promote all health and safety rules and regulations regarding the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your acts or omissions
- Report any health and safety issue including personal accidents to yourself or others
- Follow all site rules
- Undertake such other duties that are required from time to time

This role is based on Monday-Friday 0830 - 1700 at £10.50 p/h
