Helpdesk Administrator

Sure Maintenance Ltd, part of the Sureserve Group, is one of the UK's leading specialists in Heating Repairs, Maintenance and Installations. They are looking to recruit conscientious and enthusiastic Helpdesk Administrators to join their existing team looking after their social housing clients.
You will be required to provide outstanding contract support and customer service on a busy helpdesk providing gas servicing and repairs.
Helpdesk Administrators are a key part of the team providing frontline support and customer service, so they are keen to attract motivated and enthusiastic recruits, wanting to work for a leading gas contractor.
**Main Duties**:
- Answering telephones to customers and clients, booking appointments, dealing with queries
- Scheduling engineers for both planned servicing works and responsive repairs
- Chasing up incomplete jobs and rescheduling when appropriate
- Dealing with problems and complaints and escalating when necessary
**Skills & Experience**:
- You must have excellent communication skills within a customer focused environment.
- The ability to communicate with clients, residents, engineers and management effectively
- You will be a highly organised administrator and a team player.
- Be able to thrive in a demanding and dynamic environment
- You must be IT literate with experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience of domestic gas administration or similar is highly desirable but not essential.
- Outstanding customer care skills and a professional approach.
