As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Executive (B2B) to join our Marketing team within a newly formed role.

The Marketing Executive provides support to implement the SpaMedica and Freedom Vision marketing strategies and plans, managing day-to-day marketing activities, campaigns. The role develops and implements integrated marketing campaigns activities, across a range of marketing channels and involves a broad range of tasks. You will manage a varied range of activities to support our B2B audience.

**Key Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and delivery of B2B marketing and brand strategies and plans
- Assist in the development of marketing and promotional literature and materials for our Optom and B2B audiences working closely with our sales teams
- Implement integrated marketing campaigns, including trade events, campaigns, online, social, telemarketing, engagement, and nurturing activities.
- Build relationships with the sales team to develop effective marketing plans each financial year
- Support with the planning and implementation of national and local events we attend as a business for our Optom community. Support the B2B Manager and work closely with the events and other marketing managers such as digital, comms and creative to implement.
- Help with updates to the website and online channels, feedback and reviews by our patients on social media and NHS websites if necessary.
- Planning and implementing marketing campaigns across offline and social media
- Support the development and execution of B2B marketing and brand strategies and plans.
- Understand brand guidelines and consistently implement them across all channels and marketing materials.
- Track competitor analysis, monitor B2B marketing industry news and report emerging trends to the Management team
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure print, digital, social and events are executed on time and to a high standard
- Deliver monthly reports, reporting on successes and key learnings of campaigns upon completion.
- Management of agencies to ensure all elements of marketing are supported e.g. press, artwork, print and digital.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in a similar marketing role
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High standard of spoken and written English with exceptional communication skills
- Experience in implementing B2B marketing activities
- Excellent computer skills; use of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook, databases, PowerPoint etc.
- Track results, metrics, and reports to determine the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Experience in implementing targeted integrated campaigns
- Successful track record driving growth within the B2B sector - ideally involved in Healthcare

**Desirable**:

- Experience in the healthcare sector an advantage but not essential
- Educated to degree standard and/or equivalent area of expertise
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving and evolving organisation
- Experience working with Salesforce / Power Bi.
