**Salary**: £21,000 - £24,000 per annum

Location: Welwyn

**Job Type**: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Company

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing documents
- Managing the reception desk; meeting and greeting clients.
- Handling the online portal (Document and e-signature management)
- Ensuring the database is kept up to date.
- Dealing with various external agencies
- General office duties such as post, scanning, virtual filing, photocopying
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Setting up Direct Debits and monthly billing
- Raising invoices
- Taking payments by telephone or in person
- Mailchimp - bulk mailshots & monthly newsletter

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- IT literate & competent with Microsoft Packages
- Ability to work to strict deadlines with good planning skills
- Works well in a team environment
