**A bit about what you would be doing**
- Ensuring apprenticeship compliance through documentation and university reviews
- Organising early careers training and internal development reviews
- Supporting with early careers recruitment including employer engagement events
- Supporting with inputting and analysing data for reporting
- Supporting the early careers strategy
- Travel to our regional offices and educational partnerships based across England
- A passion for supporting and developing people
- Enthusiasm for the Fit Out industry
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience managing a variety of relationships
- Experience working with confidential and sensitive information
