**We Require**:

- 3 months UK paid experience in the role of a Support Worker within the last 5 years
- Proof of right to work in the UK

This role is ideal for Support Workers who are looking for new opportunities, working up to full time hours on a flexible basis. Here at Tezlom, you choose what days you are available to work, whether that be early shifts, late shifts, long days, nights, or even weekends - we understand how important a work life balance is, so we work around you and your flexibility to suit you and your lifestyle.

As a Support Worker you could be working within a variety of different services such as Rehabilitation Units, Day Centers, Mental Health hospitals and supported living accommodations as well as many other services like this. You will be looking after the well-being of your clients and supporting them in their daily lives, enabling the clients to live more independently.

Support Workers assist and encourage vulnerable adults with long-term Mental Health conditions and complex care needs, to live their lives to the fullest and maintain what is important to them.

PLEASE NOTE: SOME SERVICES REQUIRE YOU TO PROVIDE ASPECTS OF PERSONAL CARE AS A SUPPORT WORKER.

Rates of pay for all Support Workers range from £11.20 - £11.55 per hour **(including holiday pay**), with an increase for some bank holiday shifts.
