**What you will be doing**
- Support and work closely with the Finance and HR Director
- Raising sales ledger invoices in accordance with our CRM tool and invoice schedule
- Use of customer portals to upload sales invoices
- Assist with monthly management accounts
- Assist with monthly accrual and deferred revenue management
- Fixed Asset Management
- Internal commission statements
- Assist with new processes & controls
- Assist with management account packs for the board
- Nominal ledger and project code reviews for monthly close down
- Keeping our CRM tool updated with finance information
- Manage our Spanish branch bookkeeping and liaise with Spanish accountants where needed

**What you will bring**
- 2 years relevant work experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Meeting deadlines and working under pressure
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
- Flexibility in thinking and in attitude, with the ability to accept a change in priorities as necessary

**It would be great if you had**
- AAT Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience with Xero
- A sense of humour
